This is in beta, with Engagements & timesheets. It only works if your workspace has the beta. If it doesn’t, your assistant says timesheet billing isn’t enabled for the account. Ask eggz support to switch it on.

What you can do

With eggz connected to your assistant, ask for your hours in plain words. eggz shows the week on a card, so you can check it and confirm it without leaving the chat. To connect eggz first, see Capture bills in ChatGPT & Claude.

Review a week

Ask something like “Show my timesheet for last week” or “Review the hours for this week”.
  • eggz shows the most recently finished week unless you name another.
  • If your organisation bills more than one client, say which one.
  • The card lists the Hours logged for the week. A week with none shows No hours logged.
Reviewing only reads. Nothing changes until you confirm.

Confirm a week

On the card, click Confirm week. Confirming locks the week and makes its hours billable and client-visible. It doesn’t raise, publish or send an invoice; those are separate steps in Engagements & timesheets. If the week is already confirmed, the card says so.
Only an admin can confirm a week. Anyone else sees “Only an admin can confirm a week.” Confirming again on a confirmed week is safe: it changes nothing.
When it’s done, the card gives you Open in eggz to see the week on the Timesheets page.

Common questions

Reviewing a week needs your eggz account. Sign in when your assistant asks, then ask again.
No. It won’t confirm automatically. Confirm on the card, or explicitly ask it to confirm.
